What color is my horse?

Post by ɴ ᴀ ʀ ᴀ »

Hi! could someone help me find the color of this horse?

I'm guessing it has champagne in it, but why is the rear darker? And are the spots on his nose and around the eyes normal for the champagne color, or is it a sign of something else?

Hercules

Thanks!

I'm not that good with colors but it looks like a sooty champagne/apricot
Your horse is sooty, it happens sometimes, but it's not a sign of being a completely different color. It does have the champagne gene in it though. ( my guess )
I'm pretty sure this is Sooty Apricot.. then again, I could be wrong.

Your horse is sooty gold champagne. Chestnut + champagne + sooty. The dark on his hindquarters is caused by sooty gene. It may spread to the rest of his body as he ages. The freckles on his muzzle and around his eyes are caused by champagne.
