The main reason of the retirement/Dollar Pen, is to take horses that are not wanted by the owner and not currently able to be sold under normal circumstances. The most I would buy her for is 100$, which is 99$ more then I pay for any horse. If you think you can sell her over that price to someone who would want her go ahead. Otherwise, I need to reserve the money for other horses that are under 100$ that need to be taken in from players that need the space.

On top of this, from what I see, this mare can be rehomed, so if you really dont want her she can be rehomed.
