Would you count a 63 speed Grade foal as a Racehorse prospect or do I have to breed his speed into my Thoroughbreds?

So far I do have a few 60+ speed Deliboz x Thoroughbred crosses, quite a few 61 speed+ Grades and a few 55 speed+ pure Thoroughbreds. I think the Grades have the best body shape though.

I try to breed the best looking and performing racehorses that I possibly can. I rarely have purebred racehorses, unless Deliboz. I am going to start tracking my progress fully as of January first. There will be examples of training as well as breeding, and competing.
