Ask around in the forum. Usually there'll be something to do for someone.

How do you train a horse for someone ?

Ask in general chat forum if there is a job opening. You'll need to tell them, how well, how fast and what you charge at the very least. Then the horse must be transferred (sold) to the trainer for training. Once done, it must be transferred (sold) back to the owner.
