Horse selling

Post by b00nstra »

I have what I thought was a decent mare for sale and cannot seem to sell her. she has decent stats and has won some money with shows. Why could it be that she isnt selling? This is her -> http://www.horseworldonline.net/horse/profile/1262636

Most people do not prefer to own horses with red stats unless they're doing the crummy foal quest or other quests that do not require good stats. Your horse has a lot of negative stats and does not seem to be a good investment, so you might be better off just aging your horse than selling. Horses also take a long time to sell and require a lot of patience, unless it's a rare breed or the breeder is well-known for their good horses (for example, Champi0nBr66der3's horses do extremely well in competitions).

But if you want to advertise your horse, you should do it in the "Horses For Sale" forum.

How much did you pay for her? I might buy her from you, since you are new.

I paid roughly 500 if I remember correctly because I thought the stats were good. I've definitely learned more about the game and will be more careful in the future

I will pay you 2000 to help you out. Just put him up for offers only. I will bid on him and you can accept the bid.

There's nothing wrong with your horses' stats, but the issues that most people have with their horses not selling is that their horses' breeds are already pretty common and no one needs any other horses of that breed, or no one needs your horses in general (for example, I'm working with certain breeds which does not include Arabians so buying Equanimity's Sunset Sensation, your Part Arabian x Deliboz, would not benefit me).

You could wait for a little longer to see if anyone buys your horses, then you have the option of taking your horses' ads down, keeping them up, or advertising in the forum. If you don't need the money, then you also have the option of aging or rehoming.
