I NEED A TRAINER, PLEASE!!

I need a trainer to train a few of my horses.
How many may vary but certainly not over 5. I need 80-90% in each stat, if possible.
I haven't quite decided which horses, but have an idea. Let me know if you can!!
The price is negotiable, but I can't do more than 20k.
