I am still having problems, it says the account cannot be found when I use your link.

What happens when you go to the home page of HWO while you are logged out? There should be a link under the password box for when you have lost your password.

It says no account is found with this username. But my farm is indeed still there.

I don't want to interrupt your conversations, but I recently came across another account that doesn't appear in the members list, but indeed exists:
