Account Number Rule/2 Accounts?

Please stick to two accounts if you can. I have made exceptions for people who have maxed out two accounts and wanted another for a totally separate breeding project or similar. Absolutely no cheating by having many accounts and doing shady dealings please.

I have two accounts. One is for my retired horses as my main account maxed out, but on my retired horse account I'm trying to start a breeding project, which is very difficult to do because most of the space is taken by retired horses. Could I potentially make a 3rd account for this purpose or is that not an option?
