I'm having this issue in Chrome as well, though I found that if I load the horse profile directly I get the hover info every time (so far). Just replace the ### with the horse ID.

I found the same thing as Bita. It depends where I selected the horse from. If it was from the paddock up the top, I could see all the info. If I picked it from the list below I couldn't (if that makes sense)

Ahh ok that's perfect. I believe I know what the issue is and Ill get it fixed up.
