Okay, I changed my mind. Since I know your horse is worth more than 3,000 or 6,000 I think you should keep him until someone who has enough money offers a higher price. I can't offer enough and I don't want to buy him for 3,000 or 6,000 when I know he is worth more. Thank you, but am not buying him. The next time I ask to buy a horse from you I will make sure I have enough to offer a good price. I'm not trying to say your horse is too expensive or anything, I just don't have enough to offer what your horse is worth. Thank you, and have a nice day.

Its ok you can have him the reason i didnt expect the offer is you offered $3 not $3,000 dont put the comma.
