[Rocky Ranch]

So as you all know I've been looking into doing a breeding program on my farm where the client picks both mare and stud that I breed and the client purchases said foal once it's born. So I've been thinking it's probably time to get an ad made up! Let me know if theres anything you think I should add!

ROCKY RANCH"S BREEDING PROGRAM

This is a complete custom (you pick mare and stud) breeding with no guaranteed color or gender. Along without a guaranteed "good" confirmation (as i am not able to see them) and no guaranteed gold or green stats.

As soon as I breed the mare you are the owner of the foal. If something comes up and you can no longer purchase the foal let me know and I will either keep it myself, hold it for you until you can purchase it, or sell it.

Purchase Agreement:
I am letting the buyer pick their desired price upon my agreement. Im also willing to "bundle" the price if you reserve 2 or more foals at the same time.
