Does horse image change?

Post by awse! »

Does the horse image change based on how trained the horse is or how thin or fat they are?

I know it changes based on how old they are and the color changes.

Yes the body shape will change based on how much fat and/or muscle the horse has, and you will see muscle definition throughout the horse.

Here's an example or a horse who is very fit and of good weight so you can see the difference in the appearance.

It's a gradual thing, not a switch.

Yes, they get fit through training. Unlike other games, it's gradual and you don't need to keep up the training (once fully trained) to keep the muscle-fit look.

Also, it's filling-the-bar and not 'training to green'. :P However, I can see how you came to that conclusion. :)

Stamina first. If you remember that, you'll have your first and biggest hurdle down, when it comes to horse training.

Great!
Just let us know if you need more help somewhere, the community and even admin are quite happy to help.

Don't forget that your Player Skills affects training heavily as well. Work a little bit on horse ownership to keep ahead of your horses and a little bit on your player skills for training, focusing on stamina first (it won't be immediately available, but keep training those lessons until stamina pops out). That and time saver will be your prime targets for horse training. Once you get those two all done, it'll be up to you which ones you want to tackle next.

I'm not able to work the player skills training. I have no option to start. What do I need to do to start that?

It should be readily available to you.

Review.
Go to...
Player (dropdown)
Skills (dropdown)
Choose Training.

Some things to remember.
If you have another skill currently in training, you will need to pause that one, in order to start another. You can have many of them started at any one time, but you can only have one currently counting down at any one time. All others will need to've been paused first.

When one skill is complete, you will need to click the complete button to start something new.

Also, the page might need to be refreshed.

^Does any of that fix your issue?
