Trainer needed for a foal

Hey HWO! I am looking for a trainer for a foal of mine! I need it trained to 99.8-99.9% in each stat and fast! A speed training! I am willing to pay 50-100k. This is the foal! I need someone asap as this is for a project! I will have more in the future, but for now I only have one! Thank you!
