I don't understand what fatigue is. Can anyone help?

I remember asking the very same question when I started this game.
Fatigue is when the horse is tired, and as a result their training performance decreases. The best and fastest way to get rid of it is to use a few turns without training the horse during that time. Then they'll be ready to train again once their fatigue reduces.
