I would say that he is Smoky Brown Cream Dun (two creams on brown and Dun).
The Dun is making him lighter on his body and the stripes on his legs and the dorsal stripe is also from Dun.
I know that he has a Seal Brown Base because of the yellow-orange colour in his muzzle and underbelly. This also helped me figure out if he was Smoky Brown Cream or just Smoky Cream.
He is Double Cream which dilutes his Seal Brown Base to this light Brown or Milky Coffee colour.
He is very similar to his sire just does not display any roan. I think his dam might be Smoky Black Grullo which is possible since her sire is Cremello. That would mean that Spirit of Eagle inherited one cream and one Dun from his dam and one cream and Dun from his sire. So in conclusion he is most likely Smoky Brown Cream

He's Brown Pearl Dun :D
I'm with ^ on the brown base
A double cream would have blue eyes and a lighter manes, which he doesn't. His dam is also not cream, due to the fact you can tell smoky cream from black in this game by looking at their foal coats (redish black = black, greyish black = smoky black) - which makes double cream impossible.
Sire is double pearl and dam carries a single pearl from her sire, who was also double pearl
Dun is obvious because of the dilution, dorsal and tiger stripes
