I have no idea other than some sort of cream champagne?

I think I have to agree with you, gold cream, one cream on a chestnut with champagne. I also want to say that she has pangare and that's the odd lighter legs she appears to have as a yearling. But who knows? I don't really see any specific indications of that in her pedigree. It could just as easily be flaxen, she is chestnut based, after all.
