Too many horses

Post by xXxDruidxXx »

So when I try regime a horse that has a foal I can't, will I be able to rehome it once the foal reaches stallion/mare age or am I stuck with the horse till someone buys it or it reaches old age? As I've got too many horses and can't get rid of the ones I no longer want but are taking up a lot of space haha

No, horses with descendants cannot be rehomed to prevent broken lines. They will retire around 20ish years of age.

Have you tried selling them? Someone you may not know might be able to use them for their purposes. I'll often put up extra horses for $1 just to get them out of my pastures. Ir doesn't always happen, but you could try

You can try posting on the forum about the horses you have for sale too. That may attract someone who isn't specifically looking on the Horses for Sale page.
