Beautiful, but Iffy
Post by Fuscontidox »
okay! so you know that Classic Cream Champagne mare I asked about before???
yeah! well her daughter is also iffy!
http://www.horseworldonline.net/horse/profile/4641
her sire is a Smokey Cream
she has bicolored eyes (two colors in one eye ex: Blue-brown) that are split between blue and hazel/light green, considering her father was a double cream dilute and her dam has either a double or single cream AND champagne I know she is black base because both her parent are. I just don't know what to list her color as, she's a LOT lighter than either of her parents, and by this age I believe her foal coat is gone. however I'm not sure if she will get any darker

This filly is most likely a double cream champagne on a black base (her mother is classic ivory champagne, which means one cream and champagne on black, if she was double cream she would have blue eyes).

okay!! thanks ^^
would the daughter's color be Double Cream Champagne? or would it be something like Classic Cream Champagne? when she was a newborn she honestly looked like a cremello x-x and now she's a really silvery (which you probably have seen)

okay!! sooooo I guess I'm just going down the heritage line here lol

this is the grandson! in other words, the daughter's son! his sire I'm sure is perlino, and its hard to see but his eyes are opposite his dam, while her eyes are mostly a green-ish because of her champagne presence with blue in the corners, his are mostly blue with green in the corners. I don't see any champagne tell-tales like speckled nose and eyes, and he seems to be perlino, but what's with that white line on his mane and tail? kinda reminds me of a Norwegian Fjord...
help x-x
