How do I unlock the "Chat Room"?

I am new to the game, and I wonder how to unlock the Chat Room.

I read a post, that said u have to post on forums with admins persmission 5 times or so and then u will have access to the Chat Room.
But what exactly does that mean?? - And how do I do that?

Basically, it means you have to post on the forums 5 times. Once all 5 posts have been approved by the admins you will be able to unlock the chatroom. Your post on here will count as one of the 5 since it has been approved (unapproved posts never show up, at least I don't think they do).

why did this happen?

does that mean you have to create a whole forum or can just reply to something?

Well, I now unlocked the chat room. I'm pretty sure replying to an existing forum/thread works, and that that's what I did.
So I would say do that 5 times, and after you have done that, it will tell you that you will be notified when it has been "approved" by an administrator. So yea, just reply to existing forums (or create a new forum) 5 times in total, then wait for the notifications that tells u that they were "approved".

So you both understand, the locking of the chat room and the approval of posting was enacted to prevent troll-ers and other unsavory's from cruising the HWO website.
We had a problem with that awhile ago. It has now been fixed.
