Go to player-skills-training then scroll down until you see stamina training. It says that it will 1.5+ to all the stamina related training.

It's the percentage increase per each session that affects stamina during training. With just one or two or even three skill learnings on one particular stat completed, you still won't really notice any difference.

But if you take really close notice to the overall length of time it takes for you to train a horse, you should begin to see that the overall time will begin to shorten.

So that 1.5+ is a 1.5% for each training session used.

Does that make better sense to you?
