You'll need to go to player --> skills --> competition management and get your learning on.

You'll need to go to player --> skills --> competition management and get your learning on.

It won't take you long to finish learning your competition training, a day two days, much less than a week, if I remember.
Then the other options will become available in the make-a-competition area as you skill up.
