I'm looking for a partner or maybe someone who's already doing this?

I'm looking for:
good stats
Leg feathers
18hh+
Spotted (like Appaloosa spotted)
Purebred gypsy vanner
Build: pony type-Heavy

Eventually also have specific coat and eye coloring and training for specific jobs.
