I was just thinking...a horse that has good confo in every stat like speed, strength, stamina, etc this horse is gonna be good at everything but seriously tho has anyone tried breeding that?

I might be wrong, but I think if you were to simultaneously get all stats as high as possible you probably couldn't get them all much higher than 30-35... which probably wouldn't compete too well in anything, unfortunately. I haven't actually tried though and I could be wrong lol
