Riddermark Stables: Albanians

Post by Eorlingas »

I have been working on breeding Albanians [(Turkmene x Arabian) x (Tarpan x Mongolian)]. I believe there were two when I started (bred by Deaure, who has not been active in some time) and as of last count there are now twenty! As this was my first breeding adventure I wasn't too picky about color, but as you will see there is a definite color trend, so I am now trying to branch out as the breed becomes more established.

Due to the number of available stallions on the market thery are fairly easy to breed once you have a nice base of crossbreeds. I would love to have breeding buddies! Also, if you need one of the above crossbreeds, let me know as I will usually sell or stud!

I have two pastures of Albanians at two farms, http://www.horseworldonline.net/farm/pasture/22224 and http://www.horseworldonline.net/farm/pasture/37563.

Sorry to bother you, but I just had to ask... Did you base your username and farm name after the Rohirrim from Tolkien's books?
